To take advantage of our Laser Upgrade Rebate program, please follow these simple steps:
- Purchase an eligible AMD Laser Precise LTM, Pioneer Pro, Pioneer Elite, or Hygea from your preferred distributor
- Complete the rebate form below with accurate information about your order and distribution partner
- Submit the rebate form
- Claim your $200 Laser Upgrade Rebate
Our customer service team will verify your invoice and formsubmission, and will then contact you to process your rebate.
Note: Please allow 4-8 weeks for your rebate to be processed.
