CERTIFICATION:


To enter the certification course, please tap the "Certification" icon in the main navigation menu (Figure 1). Below is a step-by-step guide on how to complete the laser certification course through your iPad.

1. Watch and review training modules within the course.

2. To start the certification test, please tap the "Certification Test Center" button in the top right hand corner of the page (Figure 2).

3. You will then be prompted to enter all of your contact information into the application form (Figure 3). Be sure to double-check that your information is spelled correctly!

4. During the examination, answer choices will be displayed to the right of each question (Figure 4). The progress bar will be displayed within the top-center of the screen so that you will always have visibility of your progression (Figure 4A).
If you need to take a break from the exam and continue at a later time, you may save your progress by tapping the "Save" button located on the top right-hand corner of the screen (Figure 4B).

5. After completion of the exam, your results will be recorded under your name (Figure 5). Tap on the "Submit for Certification" button to submit your results.
NOTE: Please, make sure your iPad is connected to internet via WiFi.

6. You must complete the exam with a score of 80% or above. You will have the opportunity to retake the examination. Any incorrect answers will be highlighted (Figure 6).

After you pass the exam, you will be provided a link to download a PDF file of your certificate of completion. It will be emailed through the email address you provided in the application form.
